Praveen Kamath K has 3 decades of Strategic HR & leadership experience working in large scale Manufacturing, IT & ITES organizations with a proven track record of leading global leadership teams, processes & talent management practices.

In the last 2 decades, he has been associated with Wipro Limited managing multiple roles including Global Leader for Talent Acquisition; Global Leader for Training & Development; Global HR Business Partner & HR Strategic Initiative Leader across businesses in US, Europe & Rest of Asia.

As a passionate teacher, he spends his weekends with some of the best-known premier B Schools in India and abroad. He also holds honorary board positions in multiple Engineering & Business Schools. He is a Mentor & Coach for many young CEO’s & helped in their entrepreneurial ventures.

His service in the education sector is very dear to him and he has volunteered to support more than 100 primary school underprivileged children every year. His other passion is playing Tabla and was an All-India Radio artist at a very young age of 13. A Ranker & Gold Medalist, he is currently pursuing his ​‘Fellow Program in management’ (FPM).
