Mr. Bilal A. Nazeer hold as LLM in IPR from Inter University Centre for IPR Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology. He graduated with B.A.L.LL.B from Government Law College Thiruvananthapuram, University of Kerala. He has also submitted his PhD thesis titled CRISPR and Related Patents in India: A Critical Evaluation in light of the Practices in USA and Europe at Cochin University of Science and Technology awaiting Viva-voice. Currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in Bengaluru, Mr. Bilal A. Nazeer specializes in Intellectual Property Rights and holds interest in Contract laws, Property laws and Public International laws.
