• Leadership: ~ 15.5 years, as Head of Teaching Learning Centre, Head of the Departments, Controller of Examinations (Aug 2004 till July 2020)
• Core domain Research: ~20 years, concurrently earned, as PI, Co-PI, Supervisor/​Guide for PhD, MSc, MPhil and BE Biotechnology degree; in core area of Food (Bio)technology
• Additionally, Conceptual and Survey based research work: 4.5 years, on enhancing teaching-learning outcomes and pedagogical needs at higher educational institutions (Since July 2018 till date)
