Controller of Examinations

Dr. Anita Ramalingam obtained her degrees B.Pharm and M.Pharm from Government college of Pharmacy, Bangalore and PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Hyderabad. She began her career in teaching as a lecturer and continued up to the post of Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She has attended many National and International conferences and published many papers in National and International journals. Her administrative career began at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences. She took on the responsibility of both the pre & post-examination processes and ceremonial conduct of convocation for Medical, Dental, AYUSH, Pharmacy, Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. In 2015, she was appointed as the Controller of examinations at Dayananda Sagar University. As a founder member she continued her work with utmost confidentiality for 8 years. Under her able leadership the entire examination process was transformed from manual to a fully automated system including the adoption of digital valuation. She has contributed towards the drafting of the Examination, assessment and evaluation regulations for all the programs of Social sciences, Health sciences, Technical and management studies and successfully conducted all the examination and assessment related activities. At Dayananda Sagar University, she was instrumental in completing the first cycle of NAAC accreditation and initiated the deposition of student credentials into NAD. She also has the rich experience of hosting six convocations of Dayananda Sagar University meticulously to her credit.

Currently, she holds the Office of the Controller of Examinations of MSRUAS.
