RUAS and Enlivening Technologies Private Limited are, under their MoU, going to work jointly in strategic R&D and product development in the areas of national importance (like advanced composites, unmanned aerial vehicles and autonomous systems). Both organisations will jointly own the IPs created through this partnership. 

The MoU also ensures that the institutions provide infrastructure and guidance to selected Master’s / Doctoral students, and that RUAS register selected Enlivening staff members for its research programs. 

The Techno Centre will also be an integral part of the MoU.
