VIDYADHUNIK 4.0 - Pre- placement Corporate Training


Pre- placement Corporate Training is a new initiative at RUAS. Under this program, training sessions are conducted by in-house trainers as well as the experts from the Industry both from India and abroad.

VIDYADHUNIK 4.0 is an RUAS initiative for focused Pre- placement Corporate Training. This program is completely based on the student’s interests and feedback from Corporates. This will help students to get more insight about the Corporate Life and its expectations. Students are free to ask questions to Industry veterans from various backgrounds. They can explore the opportunities to work abroad at very beginning of their Career.

The first session was from Mr. Subraya Shenoy, a Japan veteran having spent around 18 years of his career working with Japanese customers and Japan. He has also finished his Management Executive program from Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru (IIMB). He spoke about how to enter Japan, the corporate life expectations in Japan how students can prepare themselves to have a great career in Japan. Speaker was very happy to answer student’s questions regarding the lifestyle and Japanese language.

A Guest Lecture had been arranged with the title Aerospace technologies and Career opportunities for all disciplines” on 8th Nov’22. The speaker was Mr. Mani Padagalingam, the Founder Director of Agilean Consultants – a lead consulting firm in the areas of Lean, Six sigma, Agile and Quality systems. He has overall 37 years of Industry experience.

The objective of the Guest Lecture was to make students aware about the career opportunities and growth in the field of Aerospace for all disciplines. The session was very interactive and fruitful to the students.

RUAS students and faculties also conducted two sessions on Basics of Coding for non-IT students” and Designing a good Questionnaire for effective research” and they were very successful. 

There will be one more session from Dr. Nisha Manila, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She is going to talk about Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry: friend or foe?” on 29th Dec’22.
