Six Patents Granted to RUAS

RUAS is happy to share that two patents have been awarded to the Faculty of Dental Sciences (FDS), and four patents have been awarded to the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) team in the month of February 2024. 

  1. Dr. Sivaranjani Gali, Dr. Nagaraja B for their invention titled ​“AUTOMATIC DISPENSER FOR BORDER MOLDING IN COMPLETE DENTURE PROSTHESIS” (Patent No: 504567 on 30/01/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
  2. Dr. S.Srikari, Dr. S. Subbaramu and Dr.S. Prashanth Manvi for their invention titled ​“METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR AN EFFICIENT FLOOR PANEL MATERIAL FOR AIRCRAFT” (Patent No: 508612 on 08/02/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
  3. Dr. Muppala Kalyan, Dr. Venkatanatha Sarma Yerragudi, Dr N. D. Gangadhar and Dr. Govind R. Kadambi for their invention titled ​“METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MIMO COMMUNICATION NODE USING GNU RADIO” (Patent No: 509589 on 12/02/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
  4. Dr. Mahantesha S, Dr. Ashwini S, Dr. Manjusha MV, Dr. Ramya Ganesh, Dr. Shivani Saxena, Dr. Deveswaran from FDS/FPH for their invention titled ​“AN ANALGESIC COATED SURGICAL SUTURE ” (Patent No: 512134 on 19/02/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
  5. Dr. K. Manickavasagam, Dr. N. Sivakumar and Dr. K. Kanthimath for their invention titled ​“METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PERMANENT MAGNET LINEAR ALTERNATOR” (Patent No: 513129 on 21/02/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
  6. Dr. Ugra Mohan Roy and Dr. Govind R. Kadambi from FET for their invention titled ​“INTEGRATED OPTO-ELECTRONIC OSCILLATORS” (Patent No: 514554 on 23/02/2024) from the Indian Patent Office.
