Dr. ML Soni (1909−1995) MBBS (1933), LDSc (1937) Edinburgh, was a renowned Dental Surgeon in Delhi. Mr. Sharath Chandra, Health Secretary to the Government of India, conferred a plaque of appreciation to Dr Kharbanda.
