Mr. Karamchand holds 29 + years of experience in total. Presently he is Involved in Business Development activities. His nature of work includes
Marketing related activities – like Identifying Defense related Projects for Mechanical & Electronics through online websites, Submitting Quotations, Preparing Invoices and Payment follow-up.
He also Records& Maintains Data related to the department, which are required for University Ranking like NIFR NAAC & Others.
He also Co-coordinates with Clients accounts department and RUAS accounts department for preparing Auditor Certified “Fund Utilization Certificates” for DRDO related projects.
He also Interacts with RUAS accounts department & Bank (AXIS Bank) for preparing EMD (Earnest Money Deposit / Bank Guarantee).
He also Participates in Industrial Exhibitions representing the University. He is involved in following up (telephonic and email)with walk-Ins at the exhibitions and converts it into business for the department. He also Negotiates with Vendors (Project Based).
He also carries out Online Bidding with DRDO’s & PSU’s.
