The department has separate working clinics for PG & UG students. A sterilization room looks after overall sterilization & disinfection of instruments, materials working area.
Weekly seminars, journal club presentations & tutorials for students are conducted in seminar room. Department has latest Audio Visual facilities & free access to high speed internet.PG’s have individual working areas for themselves where they have their lockers to keep record & personal belongings. At UG level we impart training in a group as well as in individual manner so as to prepare a student to diagnose & treat diseases of supporting structures of the teeth on daily basis & make appropriate referrals for advanced care. The PG program in PERIODONTICS aims at producing a candidate competent in teaching, clinical & research activities.
Department of Periodontology has full-fledged team of experienced and outstanding faculties with best possible harmony, well designed spacious and well-illuminated infrastructure, extensive hand-on as well as clinical exposure of students on number of variety of periodontal patients along with noble and innovative approaches for widening of the scope.
