The increasing mental health problems and the associated burden of disease require an adequate number of mental health professionals to provide preventive and treatment care.
The Department of Mental Health Nursing places a strong emphasis on the need to effectively and efficiently equip and channel students' knowledge, attitudes, and abilities in order to deliver high-quality treatment and meet humankind's requirements. Students will acquire the skills necessary to practise person-centered nursing in a way that upholds patients' dignity and wellbeing with high-quality patient care at the forefront using research as its foundation.
