The front office is the face of the hotel and contributes in making a positive impression on guests.
Front Office department at FHMCT plays a significant role in the overall development of students’ learning experience. With strong and continuous support from the team, we are able to deliver the best. Teaching is the team’s primary duty, the team members also pitch-in the admin role also. Like handling admission enquiries, marketing and registration for every event organised at FHMCT. Two of the team members are pursuing PhD.
The department is also handling communication and personality development sessions. The team uses the latest pedagogical methods to teach and train students. From basic to advanced levels of Front Office operations, real-time situation handling, event management, and development of entrepreneurial skills are some of the focus points of the Front Office department. Along with providing support to students for their professional development, our team is also continuously upgrading their skills to meet industry standards.
