Sculpture and Ceramic Studio
Students give shape to their creativity in the Sculpture and Ceramic Studio.
They are taught the basics of creating a three-dimensional piece, right from the materials and tools used to best practices and finishing touches. Their experiences in the Sculpture and Ceramic Studio help students in prototype making and understanding 3D forms as they are also taught wire frame modeling, proportions, scale, and basic anatomy.
The Studio also houses state-of-the-art pottery wheels and furnaces for baking and glazing of pieces.
The skills acquired in the studio stand students in good stead in community arts projects, arts administration, and museum and exhibition curatorship.
