Ms. Shirin Kariappa graduated from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, New Delhi. Shas an experience of about 6 years in the Hotel Industry and 9 years in teaching guest service management to hospitality aspirants in the domains of Front Office and Food & Beverage Service. She currently heads the Front Office department at the Faculty of Hospitality Management & Catering Technology.
