Akanksha has completed BLS LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai and completed her LL.M in Constitutional and Administrative Laws from Institute of Law, Nirma University. She was Teaching and Research Assistant while pursuing her LL.M. Akanksha has work experience in form of internship in various law firms, Multinationals and solicitors. She has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has publications in renowned journals. Her areas of interest includes Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Juvenile Justice law and Criminal Law and Human Rights Law. She is pursuing her Ph.D from Institute of Law, Nirma University on Conversation of Forest in India.
