Mr Manjunath M Ullegaddi joined RUAS as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering in 2017. With 3 years of teaching experience, he has been providing Machine Design courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His subjects of choice include Strength of Materials, Machine Drawing, Design of Machine Elements‑I & II, Finite Element Method, Engineering Drawing, Elements of Mechanical Engineering and Kinematics of Machine. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VTU, Belagavi and his Master of Technology degree in Advanced Machinery Design from M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. While his upcoming research predominantly concerns agricultural mechanisation, he is focusing on studying in depth the engineering approach to agricultural mechanisation, machine dynamics and design, and development of new machines.
