I am a Ph.D. student at the Center for BioSytems Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. I am working with Dr. Mohit Kumar Jolly, who specializes in cancer systems biology.

Research(interest): My research revolves around understanding the balance between heterogeneity and robustness in biological systems. It is fascinating how, despite the inherent randomness, biological systems at multiple resolutions display resilience to a wealth of adverse conditions. Alternatively, these systems are tuned to be sensitive to specific cues. I try to explain these seemingly contradictory behaviors using the regulatory network topologies underlying these systems, with cancer metastasis as the case study.
