Dr. Mohammad Azamthulla

Dr. Mohammad Azamthulla is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacology at RUAS. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from PRIST, Tanjore (2016). With over 11 years of academic experience, he has guided several students with their theses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

He received the Research Peace Award (2019−20) and was recognized as Best Researcher in antiulcer and gastroprotective activity awarded by RULA AWARDS powered by World Research Council and United Medical Council. He filed a patent – A Nano Calcium based in-Situ Gel for Wound Healing and Burns – in 2018.

A lifetime member of the World research Council and United Medical Council, he serves as a technical editor for the scientific journal titled Current Research in Cardiovascular Pharmacology.
