
Dr. Siddabasappa is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the Department of mathematics and Statistics under the Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, RUAS. He has nearly four years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels, and five years of research experience. He obtained his Ph. D. from Bangalore University, Bangalore, for his thesis entitled “Rayleigh-Benard convection in porous enclosures” in 2018. He awarded M. Sc. by securing fourth rank and one gold medal for his academic performance from Bangalore University, Bangalore, in the year 2013. He cleared the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) in 2015. His areas of research interest are natural convection, primary and secondary instabilities, transport phenomenon through porous media, heat transfer, numerical analysis, mathematical modeling. He presented his research work at various national and international conferences. He published his research articles in peer-reviewed, well reputed national and international journals.
