Dr. Nanje Gowda has nearly 5 years of Teaching and 10 years of Research experience in the field of Food Processing Technology and Agricultural Engineering. His key research specializations are design and development of food & agro processing machineries, millets processing & value addition, food grains drying, mathematical modelling of food processes, ultrasound application in food processing, and extraction & development of natural food additives etc.
