RUAS signed a MoU with the Association of Liberian Universities (ALU), in association with Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) at Monrovia, Liberia. 

ALU collaborates with higher education institutions across the world to build a better future for the next generation of learners in Liberia. 

The MoU aims at initiating interaction and cooperation between institutions in the areas of education and research. In addition to sharing best practices and facilitating exchange of knowledge and information, the MoU will also encourage cooperation between students, faculty members, administrators, and researchers.
