Short Term Cookery Courses

The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology have been training scores of people from a variety of back grounds in various cooking techniques. The specialty of these courses is that a basic medium is taught by which multiple variations are possible instead of just one or two dishes.

These courses are conducted at specific times of the year. The entry criterion are listed in the highlights of each course.
