Research Goals of the Centre
  • To design and simulate structures with high damage tolerance
  • To improvise and innovate the strengthening methods for existing structures
  • To design, simulate and analyse smart structures for dynamic loads
  • To analyse and develop diagnosis methods for defective structures
  • To design and develop software tools for the analysis and design optimisation of structures
  • To develop a simulation model for the implementation of SSI in the structural design
  • To model, simulate, analyse and develop structural concepts for new materials
  • To develop cost-effective and sustainable structures
  • To transfer technologies developed for commercialization and entrepreneurship
  • To dessiminate knowledge on advancements in structural design and analysis
