Mission of the Research Centre We are committed to develop and apply leading technologies for the design and realisation of industry relevant materials, components, processes, systems and services in energy and power systems sectors
Research Goals of the Centre
  • To design, simulate, develop efficient fossil fuel based clean energy systems
  • To design, develop and test, components and systems for harnessing Renewable energy sources such as Solar, Wind, Biomass
  • To create and offer knowledge-based design support for efficient and clean operation of industrial power plants
  • To innovate, improvise, design, simulate, develop, test, evaluate electric power systems for commercial applications
  • To formulate and apply cost effective and sustainable engineering solutions for energy and power system applications
  • To develop strategies and technologies for controlling air pollution and reducing carbon foot prints
  • To transfer technologies developed for commercialization and entrepreneurship
  • To dessiminate knowledge on automotive technologies and advancements
  • To develop and pursue joint initiatives for collaboration and partnership with Universities, Research Centres and Industries to offer solution to societal relevant problems
