Sindhu Ramu is having a decade of experience in the field of HR that includes Talent Acquisition & Management, Policy Formulation & Implementation, Employee Engagement Lifecycle (Attract–Hire–Retain–Develop-Exit), Performance Management System, Training & Development.

Prior to joining Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Sindhu has worked in different sectors that includes Automobile, Construction and Manufacturing. She has completed B.E. in Civil Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University and has earned her degree in MBA (HR and Marketing) from ICFAI University.

Some of her key accomplishments include Design and application of Performance and Compensation Framework, Developing HR Policies and SOPs, Providing guidance on HR Policies, Organize employee engagement surveys, Fun at Work Programs, One-On-One Meetings, and New Hire Continuous Feedback.
